Happy Saturday! My shopping this weekend was VERY LIGHT. There were no impressive deals I needed to get this weekend. I did finish celebrating my birthday on Wednesday this weekend by going to the Strawberry Festival here in Fort Mill, SC. I did go to two stores: Harris Teeter and Bilo on Friday. Here is what I got:
Harris Teeter: We needed cooking oil since we are on the last bottle so I used a raincheck for $1.97 each. In total I spent 85 cents make these 43 cents each after using my Harris Teeter 10% card. I used (2) $.75 manufacturer coupons that I printed from coupons.com for these.
Bilo: I spent $7.77 for $87.68 worth of items, saving 91%! I used (1) $10/$50 Harris Teeter coupon, my 10% Harris Teeter discount card and a $2 Catalina (got from Harris Teeter super doubles on Wednesday for purchasing Digorno Pizza) on this trip.
Under $1.00: (10) Marzetti Salad Dressing for 24 cents each, (2) Eckrich Smoked Sausage for 39 cents each (used (2) $.55/1 manufacturer coupons and (2) $1/1 Food Lion coupon for the Eckrich Sausage)
Over $1.00: (2) A1 Steak Sauce for $1.14 each (got a $1 Catalina back for buying 2), (3) Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage (found packages with $1.00 peelies and used (3) $.75/1 manufacturer coupons), (2) packages of ground chuck for $2.49/lb.
This is one of the times when I am most grateful for having a stockpile and for rain checks because when there aren’t a lot of great deals, you don’t have to spend full price for things.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!
